To provide service support to discerning Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove and Asko clients in the greater Calgary area.

Vantage Appliances Inc. was established to be a service provider to and for today’s top products. We offer services not generally available through most service providers. We have an office where real people pick up the phone. Their task is to make obtaining service as easy as possible. We back up our front-line office staff with factory trained technicians, who are in turn backed up with parts stocked trucks, and some of the best diagnostic and service equipment available. Round all that out with a functioning in house service area, in case you want to bring your problems to us.

Great communication and great service received from Vantage Appliances. The technician was very courteous and also diagnosed another issue that we were having with a quick and easy fix.

I recently used Vantage Appliances to service my Sub-Zero refrigerator because ice was building up behind the crisper drawer. Doug first came to my home, identified the fundamental problem, and told me a retrofit part was needed. Kanwar S. arrived a week later with the part to install. However, before he did so, he immediately identified another potentially serious issue. He saw that silicone caulking was needed to seal the water collection guides properly. Otherwise, condensed water would have leaked from the collection guides, resulting in ice continuing to build up. So, he took 15 minutes to apply silicone sealant. Most technicians might have missed this critical detail, but fortunately, I had Kanwar. Kanwar is a huge asset to Vantage Appliances in part because of his focused attention to detail. If I could have, I’d have rated his service with six stars.

Our 15 year old WOLF Electric Cooktop (which I love) required the power board to be replaced. We had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Vantage. Thank you Brandie and Sandy.
