Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send service-related text messages (for example, appointment confirmations and “technician on the way” updates).

– Providing your mobile number and opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving service.

– You can opt out at any time by replying **STOP**, or opt back in by contacting us.

– We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

– Mobile information is used only to deliver the service messages you asked for.

– Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate our business — for example, a

messaging provider to deliver SMS notifications and a payment processor to

handle payments. These providers process information only as needed to provide

their service to us and are bound to protect it. They do not receive your

mobile opt-in data for their own marketing.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
