Ease of Contact Vantage Appliances Inc. was easy to contact. Vantage Appliances was about what i expected. They were hard to get ahold of. My call took more than one call to complete. I am disappointed with how long it took to complete my call. Technician Knowledge Technician was very knowledgeable and give me great information. Technicians knowledge was acceptable. Technician seemed not to be knowledgeable. Technician Care Technician took great care with my home and my appliance. Technician took about the level of care I wood expect. Technician was not careful. Technician was Prompt Technician made an extra effort to accommodate my time request. Technician was with in the three hour window I was given. Technician was late however I was called in advance to inform me they were running late. Technician was late and did give me any notice. Customer referral Yes I would use Vantage Appliances Inc. again and I would refer them. I hope I never need another appliances repair but if I do, I will call Vantage Appliances Inc.
